For a quarter century, Trista has cared for homes across the country the way the best estate staff do: quietly, thoroughly, and with an eye for what most people never notice. Baseboards, brass fixtures, the inside of the dishwasher door.
Ten years ago she made Middle Tennessee home, bringing that national experience to Nashville and Williamson County.
There is no rotating crew and no call center. You speak with Trista, she learns how you like your home kept, and she does the work herself. That consistency is the whole point.

Each visit is priced to your home after a short call. Starting rates below are for a typical three-bedroom residence.
The Green Room
Music City's songwriters, touring artists, producers and executives trust Trista with their homes and studios. Every Green Room client receives a signed confidentiality agreement before the first visit.
The confidentiality agreement is signed online with your request and countersigned by Trista. No photos, no posts, no conversation.
Trista coordinates directly with you, your manager, or your assistant on access, timing and house rules.
Studios and gear rooms cleaned around your equipment, or left alone entirely. Your call.
Visits scheduled while you're on the road or between sessions, so you come home to calm.
